Founding Recruiter (Onsite New York City)
We're partnering with several fast-growing startups in NYC looking for their first in-house recruiter someone excited to help build teams from the ground up and shape how recruiting is done as the company scales.
This is a high-impact role for a recruiter who loves working directly with founders, thrives in fast-moving environments, and wants to see their work translate into real company growth. We're also open to agency recruiters who are ready to transition in house if you've been curious about joining a startup, this is your chance to step into a founding role where you'll have ownership, visibility, and tons of runway to grow.
What you'll do:
- Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to design and execute hiring strategies across key functions
- Build the recruiting engine from scratch process, tooling, metrics, and candidate experience
- Experiment with sourcing, outreach, and branding approaches that reflect each company's personality
- Embrace recruiting tools and AI-driven workflows to work smarter, faster, and with better insight
- Track and report on pipeline metrics to help the team make data-informed decisions

Location: Onsite in New York City (multiple openings with early-stage clients)
