Track progress and adjust therapy plans based on their needs. Work with residents who have trouble speaking, understanding, or swallowing. Use exercises and techniques to help improve communication and safe eating. Document progress, challenges, and improvements in the medical record and communicate updates to the clinical team. What We Are Looking For Active and Clear SLP license in the State of Florida A caring attitude and strong teamwork skills Skilled nursing or rehab experience is a plus but not required What We Offer Daily Pay option.
