Hands on Training

Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce Allstate products and services.

Identify potential customer needs and qualify leads for further discussion.

Schedule appointments for licensed agents to follow up with qualified prospects.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead information in our CRM system.

Consistently meet or exceed call volume and appointment-setting targets.

Stay informed about Allstate's product offerings and sales strategies.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous telemarketing or sales experience is a strong plus.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to listen actively and address customer needs effectively.

Resilience and a positive attitude when facing rejection.

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

Basic computer proficiency.
