The position entails working with a group of internal and external Stakeholders at all levels of the organization. The successful candidate will require the independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload.**Your day-to-day tasks will include:*** Support project executives on multiple projects and assignments* On site presence 4-5 days per week* Develop scope, schedule and budget for assigned projects* Identify and address areas of concern regarding potential risk surrounding project, project logistical issues, budget and scope* Create, coordinate and track all Vendor Request For Proposals (“RFPs”)* Interact and negotiate with contractors and vendors* Prepare/update project status reports, process invoices, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financials* Actively track project schedule against critical path to identify risk* Coordinate the activities of vendors and contractors based on scope and schedule, inclusive of critical support spaces* Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost effective manner.* Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all Project Development Services technology as required for assigned projects.* Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.**Required Qualifications*** High School diploma or GED equivalent* Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience in project management* Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex commercial construction projects across a wide array of project types ranging from office space to manufacturing facilities* Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and materials* Proficiency in reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation* Knowledge of building codes, ADA requirements, and local jurisdictional regulations* Familiarity with sustainable building practices and LEED certification processes* Ability to prepare and track budgets, forecasts, schedules, and project risk assessments* Ability to adapt, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced team or independent environment* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to successfully communicate with architects, contractors, client representatives, and team members* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Project Management Applications* Willingness to travel approximately 20-30%**Preferred Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related discipline)* LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification* AIA (American Institute of Architects) professional membership or credentials* PE (Professional Engineer) license* PMP (Project Management Professional) certificationThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
