Associate Sales Representative - Upstate, NY - Surgical Technologies

Stryker seeks an Associate Sales Representative to support surgical technologies sales across Upstate New York. The role involves assisting experienced representatives with customer accounts, clinical procedures, and territory growth in operating room and procedural care settings.

Responsibilities

• Support sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across assigned territory
• Prepare for and assist with product evaluations and clinical procedures in operating rooms and procedural settings
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff
• Manage inventory, product availability, and case preparation within the territory
• Track sales activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel throughout assigned territory
• Minimum 1 year outside sales, field sales, or customer-facing experience (preferred)
• Experience in medical device, healthcare, or business-to-business sales environments (preferred)
• Demonstrated responsibility through work, athletics, academics, or leadership activities (preferred)
• Ability to work in fast-paced, team-based environments (preferred)

Compensation: $70,000 annual salary, eligible for bonuses and benefits
