Practice Info Well-established practice with 4 Urology physicians Supported by a highly skilled clinical team, including a procedural nurse, surgery schedulers, and an experienced RN clinical manager Outpatient procedures performed in four spacious, fully equipped procedure rooms within the clinic Surgical services located a five-minute walk away, featuring 10 main operating rooms, a dedicated cystoscopy suite, and advanced robotic capabilities including Da Vinci 5 and XI platforms with experienced robotic first assistants Practice benefits from a robust referral network of more than 440 employed physicians and advanced practice providers within Benefis Medical Group Epic EMR utilized system-wide, with opportunities to integrate AI tools and customize scheduling templates Responsibilities Deliver efficient, high-quality, and patient-centered care Focus on patient care, supported by a skilled clinical team Perform outpatient procedures in fully equipped procedure rooms Utilize advanced robotic capabilities for surgical services Develop subspecialty interests based on preferences, including pediatrics, endourology, reconstructive urology, female urology (pelvic floor), infertility, and oncology Collaborate closely with medical and radiation oncologists through a regional cancer center Participate in a weekly multidisciplinary Tumor Board Compensation Guaranteed base salary with productivity and performance bonus incentives Generous sign-on bonus Relocation assistance $6,000 annual CME and licensure allowance Benefits 8 weeks of paid time off annually Retirement benefits with 5-7% employer match plus 457(b) option Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage Physician wellness programs supporting personal and professional development Shift & Schedule Clinic Hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexibility to support physician preference Call Rotation: 1:5 Call Coverage: Single emergency department Call Volume: Approximately one consult per day while on call Weekend Volume: Approximately one surgical case per weekend Requirements BE/BC Urologist
