This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, a passion for exceptional service, and the ability to create memorable dining experiences.The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and presentation, and fostering a positive, motivated team culture. This position plays a key role in enhancing guest satisfaction, optimizing operational efficiency, and maintaining the warm, welcoming atmosphere that defines The Seagate.Our Ideal Candidate is:A service focused hospitality leader who will be a hands-on mentor in the dining room with the ability to adapt quickly to changes and create an amazing experience for both our guests and our staff. You will assist in leading all front of house operations, driving sales, staff training, guest relations, and working closely with the general manager and assistant GM to further the success of the restaurant. You have expertise in service, multi-tasking, front door operations, an impeccable eye for detail, a high level of professionalism, and can execute the standards of a 1-star Michelin establishment.What You Bring To The Table:Personal AttributesExceptional communication and organizational skillsGracious spirit of hospitalityIntellectual curiosity and emotional maturityContinually strive to develop staff in all areas of food and service educationAbility to work clean, organized, and lead a teamProfessional AttributesAdvanced knowledge of food and wine.
