We're seeking dependable individuals to join our team as Finishers . What You'll Be Doing: Clean and Finish Products Clean tanks and components according to company standards. Remove excess material using hand and power tools such as grinders, sanders, and buffers. Smooth, polish, and finish products to meet quality specifications. Apply coatings, sealants, or other finishing touches as required. Inspect for Quality Perform visual inspections to identify defects, imperfections, or inconsistencies. Ensure finished products meet customer and company quality standards. Report quality concerns and document production information accurately. Production & Equipment Operation Operate finishing equipment and specialized production tools safely. Complete secondary production tasks such as drilling, trimming, grinding, taping, and assembly work. Follow established production processes and work instructions. Qualifications: Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred but not required Ability to use hand and power tools safely Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Why Apply?
