Salary: $50,000+
American Airless is a retail company (online and in person) in Morrow, GA, selling AND servicing paint sprayers, pressure washers, Honda motors, generators, space heaters, and more. We have been a locally-owned company for over 20 year and are looking to grow our team adding a General Manager.
This job is fast-paced and requires hands-on work everyday.
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30-5:00pm

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing managers and team members, while working hands-on to help meet daily deadlines.
- Communicating and managing goals for each department, collaborating with each department leader.
- Identifying procedures in company to be made more efficient and working with management team to implement.
- Researching up to date advances that can be made in the company.
- Modeling and supporting company values and mission.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or certifications in business, management or related field.
- Experience in management.
- Ability to adapt with technology.
- Willingness to learn and work hands-on where needed
- Strong problem-solving skills
Drug test and background check required.
