Human Resources Recruiter I Corporate Office: Fort Walton Beach, Florida The position will support recruiting efforts nationwide while supporting senior recruiters and hiring managers to find qualified candidates. Essential Duties and Responsibilities This position includes the following duties. Other duties may be assigned. Posts jobs on job sites. Coordinates communication with applicants. Conducts recruitment efforts for all exempt and non‑exempt positions for corporate office and contract personnel. Verifies candidates meet position requirements in accordance with contract Performance Work Statements (PWS) and contract requirements. Verifies candidates possess DoD‑required certifications when necessary. Schedules phone screens and initial interviews. Maintains Department of Labor compliance concerning recruitment. Communicates with HR staff and Program Managers regarding candidate pipeline progress. Creates a pipeline of active and passive candidates using a variety of sourcing methods such as social networking, professional associations, and professional meetings. Completes necessary pre‑employment process including reference and background checks. Files and maintains applicant record for future reference. Coordinates, participates in, and sets up job fairs. Supervisory Responsibilities This job does not have any supervisory responsibilities. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or one year of related experience and/or training, preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer Skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Software (ATS); ability to maintain and navigate electronic applicant files. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations PHR or SHRM‑CP certification preferred.
