We’re expanding into Atlanta, GA —our first location in the state and the first of five planned openings. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role in a brand-new market, grow with our team, and help introduce Beyond Juicery + Eatery to the community.
What You’ll Do
· Lead daily restaurant operations and oversee staff performance
· Train, coach, and develop team members to deliver outstanding hospitality
· Open and close the store following established checklists and procedures
· Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
· Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
· Manage scheduling, inventory, and sales initiatives
· Build a positive, team-first culture that makes guests and employees feel valued
What We’re Looking For
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience preferred
· High standards for guest service and teamwork
· Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
· Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
· A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Excitement to help launch Beyond Juicery + Eatery in a new market
