We’re looking for an Executive Meetings Manager to join our Sales team and help us grow our group and small-meeting business. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional who enjoys building relationships, selling creatively, and bringing together the many details that make a successful meeting or event. In this role, you’ll be more than a salesperson—you’ll be a trusted partner to our clients and an ambassador for our hotel . What You’ll Do Respond quickly and professionally to incoming group and catering opportunities. Build relationships with new and returning clients while identifying opportunities to grow business. Conduct hotel site inspections and client presentations that showcase what makes our property special. Prospect for new business through outreach, sales blitzes, cold calling, former-client relationships, and industry events. Create contracts, booking documentation, and maintain accurate client account files. Coordinate meeting and event details, including food & beverage, room setup, and audio/visual needs. Ask the right questions, make thoughtful recommendations, and create solutions that meet both client and hotel needs. Manage group room blocks from initial setup through projections and actualization. Create group resumes and communicate client expectations across hotel departments. Partner with hotel teams to ensure every detail is executed as promised. Use your creativity, communication, and negotiation skills to close business and achieve revenue goals. Help create exceptional guest experiences by being responsive, professional, and solutions-focused.
