Job Description

Accountant, Regulatory Reporting Quality Assurance - Testing Lead will be an integral part of Quality Assurance (QA) testing team which contributes to the Company’s efforts in developing, implementing and maintaining a QA program around regulatory reporting. 

•General understanding of bank regulatory reporting requirements

•Proven experience with relationship building and collaboration with stakeholders spanning multiple levels from staff level to senior management

•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

•Strong proficiency in Excel and Word

•Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, geographically dispersed team

•Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate flexibility and implement change

•Ability to work within ambiguity while delivering results

* Visa Requirements: U.S. Citizens / Green Card Holder

Qualifications

.CPA/CIA certification

•Advisory or audit experience with Big 4 (2+ years)

•Experience with loan accounting, reporting or operations

•Experience using data sampling tools (e.g. ACL)
