We are currently seeking a full-time Territory Manager to join our team.

Primary Job Duties:

• Sales Excellence: Market and sell new and used equipment solutions, nurturing long‑term customer relationships to drive satisfaction, profitability, and market share. Collaborate cross‑functionally with our expert teams to deliver a superior customer experience
• Customer Engagement: Optimize current accounts, pursue new business aggressively, and utilize systems to conduct in‑depth needs assessments to understand customer requirements and challenges
• Professional Representation: Maintain a professional image, conduct field demonstrations, and stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions

QualificationsCandidate Must Haves:

• Self‑starter able to work with minimal supervision, capable of setting priorities and acting on them
• Able to effectively negotiate and close deals
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Previous experience in territory management and sales
• Construction or equipment industry experience is a plus
• Able to travel in and out of territory as needed for training or events
• Valid driver’s license, high school diploma (or equivalent), and ability to pass background, drug, and MVR checks
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English
