We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Baker to join our team at our Charlottesville location. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of baked goods, ensuring high quality and consistency in all products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, cookies, and other baked goods according to recipes and specifications.
• Ensure all baked goods meet our standards for quality, taste, and appearance.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain production levels.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes and products.
• Schedule and manage baking timelines to ensure timely delivery of products.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Baker, with expertise in bread, pastries, and other baked goods.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and equipment.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and adjust as needed.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
