Position Overview

BreakThrough Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic assignment in Cameron, NC. This clinic offers a patient-centered environment with manageable volumes, allowing therapists to focus on quality care and strong patient outcomes. You'll work with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions while enjoying the support of an experienced clinical team.

Assignment Details

• Outpatient Orthopedic Setting
• Low Patient Volume: Approximately 8–12 Patients Per Day
• General Orthopedic and Musculoskeletal Caseload
• Monday–Friday Schedule
• 13-Week Assignment with Extension Potential
• Collaborative Team Environment

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and reassessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Treat orthopedic, post-operative, and musculoskeletal conditions
• Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Requirements

• Active North Carolina Physical Therapist License or Eligibility
• Current BLS Certification
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
