Senior Software Engineer

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus 6 months relevant experience.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:

As a software engineer for the NC3 business segment, you'll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for developing the next generation of NC3 strategic deterrence systems. We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences: Kubernetes Linux DevOps Rust SQL, Postgres Distributed Systems What sets you apart: Familiarity with Linux Familiarity with DevOps-based development and deployment of systems from CI/CD pipelines. Familiar with virtualization and/or containerization (Hypervisors, Kubernetes/workload orchestration, etc.) Networking skills - either able to describe networking concepts and/or have experience configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, etc. Experience with Agile or other methodologies.
