Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to support purchasing operations by sourcing materials and services, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining supplier compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage purchase orders and requisitions.
  • Source materials and services while negotiating pricing and delivery terms.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to track orders, resolve shortages, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Maintain inventory levels and purchasing records.
  • Review invoices and ensure compliance with supplier agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize procurement activities and improve processes.
Qualifications
  • Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong vendor management, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with purchase orders, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/procurement systems is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
