Procurement Specialist
We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to support purchasing operations by sourcing materials and services, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining supplier compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage purchase orders and requisitions.
- Source materials and services while negotiating pricing and delivery terms.
- Coordinate with suppliers to track orders, resolve shortages, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain inventory levels and purchasing records.
- Review invoices and ensure compliance with supplier agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize procurement activities and improve processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
- Strong vendor management, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Experience with purchase orders, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/procurement systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
