Contract Surgical Technologist for a 13‑week assignment near Hot Springs, Arkansas. Provide instrument preparation, maintain sterile environments, and assist surgeons during procedures. Deliver accurate documentation and support the surgical team to ensure patient safety and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and prepare surgical instruments and supplies for procedures

• Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control protocols

• Assist surgeons and medical staff during operations, anticipating their needs

• Document all surgical procedures and relevant data accurately

• Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure smooth workflow and patient safety

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program or equivalent training

• BLS certification

• Minimum of 1 year surgical technologist experience

• NBSTSA certification (strongly preferred)
