- Full Time Schedules
- Some weekends may be required
- 8 or 12 hour shifts available depending on the facility
- Contract Position (flexible with shift availability is a plus)
- Mon-Thurs 0700-1700 working lunch, 0630-1730 with 30-60min lunch
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, examinations, and medical histories.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
- Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans within scope of practice.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment options, and health maintenance.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Document patient encounters accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Promote preventive care and wellness through patient education and screenings.
- Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
- Current, valid, and unrestricted CO license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
- Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., . BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements ).
