Part-Time Surgery Scheduler

Comprehensive ENT Center of Texas | Georgetown, TX

Comprehensive ENT Center of Texas is looking for an organized, energetic, and patient-focused Part-Time Surgery Scheduler to join our growing ENT practice.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the surgery scheduling process, provides excellent patient service, and enjoys working in a fast-paced medical environment.

What You'll Do:

• Schedule and coordinate surgical procedures with patients, providers, and surgery centers. 
• Communicate surgery dates, instructions, and pre-operative requirements to patients. 
• Verify insurance benefits, provide estimates and coordinate prior authorizations. 
• Schedule post-operative appointments and ensure required documentation is completed. 
• Follow up on outstanding surgery orders, cancellations, and rescheduling. 
• Maintain an accurate and organized surgery schedule. 
• Work closely with our providers, Medical Assistants, billing team, and surgery center staff. 
• Provide excellent communication and customer service throughout the patient's surgical experience. 

What We're Looking For:

• Medical office experience required. 
• Surgery scheduling experience strongly preferred.
• ENT, ASC, or specialty practice experience is a plus. 
• Experience with insurance verification, estimates and prior authorizations preferred. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Excellent communication and follow-through. 
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a busy environment. 

Position: Part-Time
Location: Georgetown, Texas (possible travel to other locations)
Experience: Surgery scheduling experience preferred
