National Sales Representative

Simon Roofing, a leading commercial roofing solutions organization, is currently seeking driven individuals to join our team as National Sales Representative . This will be a "Hybrid" role where you'll work remote AND at our corporate office.   Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience in outside sales and demonstrate a strong desire for professional development. As part of our well-established sales team, you will benefit from comprehensive training and ongoing support. In the role of National Sales Representative , you will be responsible for cultivating new client relationships and nurturing existing ones within your designated territory. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Identify National Account opportunities.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships with a focus on exceptional customer service throughout U.S.
• Providing consultative roofing service solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building efforts.
• Organizing and executing targeted programs and communications to reinforce the value propositions of Simon Roofing.

Job Requirements:

• Able and willing to work a "Hybrid" role where you work remote AND at the office.
• A degree focusing on Sales, Construction Management, Communications, Business, Social Sciences, or Marketing is preferred. 
• At least 2 years of outside sales experience. (Roofing experience not required).
• Cold Calling/Prospecting experience.
• Customer service oriented.
• Travel, as required, to prospect customer offices/sites to assist Senior Sales Representatives to secure new business, make presentations, conduct negotiations, and maintain customer relations.
• Ability to climb up and down ladders to rooftops and ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to do extensive research on the Internet.
• Team-oriented, energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, with a business development mindset 
• Strong skills in organization, active listening, and sales closing.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening.
• Authorized to work in the US.
