Leave of Absence Coordinator — FMLA & ADA Compliance
Independence
City of Independence is seeking a Leave of Absence Coordinator to act as the primary contact for LOA requests and manage FMLA, ADA, and other leaves across the organization. You will oversee intake, eligibility, documentation, and return-to-work coordination, while collaborating with Payroll and Benefits to ensure accurate deductions and timely time tracking.
