Job Description Northern Light Mercy Hospital is seeking a full time BC/BE Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon to join its established, successful Orthopedic practice in Falmouth and Portland, Maine. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-centered team in one of New Englands most desirable coastal communities. Both experienced physicians and new graduates are encouraged to apply! Schedule Highlights 2 days in the OR and 3 days in the clinic each week, with the flexibility to increase OR time as patient demand grows. Shared 1:4 call rotation. 328 hours of annual PTO and additional Paid Parental Time for new parents. Practice in a Thriving, Well-Supported Environment Work alongside 3 other accomplished orthopedic surgeons in a department committed to maintaining high standards of surgical care. Access to the ROSA robotic system to enhance surgical accuracy and outcomes. Compensation Information: $800,000 annual base salary with the ability to earn additional compensation based on productivity. The compensation range listed reflects the range Northern Light Health anticipates relying on in setting the wages for the position.
