Job Title: Warehouse Associate (Onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our onsite operations team. In this role, you will handle the daily receipt, storage, sorting, packing, and shipment of goods. The ideal candidate is a team player who prioritizes safety, maintains high accuracy under tight timelines, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced physical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving & Processing: Unload incoming shipments, verify cargo against delivery manifests, and inspect goods for damage or defects.
• Inventory Management: Organize, shelf, and track inventory within the warehouse database to ensure optimal space utilization and accurate stock counts.
• Order Picking & Packing: Accurately pull items from stock using pick sheets or RF scanners, pack orders securely to prevent transit damage, and label packages for shipment.
• Shipping Coordination: Assist with loading outbound trucks and ensuring all shipping documentation is accurate and complete.
• Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
• Time & Attendance: Accurately log work hours, including required meal periods and rest breaks, utilizing our onsite time-tracking systems.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution center environment preferred (but not required).

• Skills: * Familiarity with inventory software, RF scanners, or basic digital database tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
  • Ability to read, speak, and understand work instructions in English.
• Equipment: Experience operating material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) is a major plus (certification preferred).
• Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including occasional overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.
