Systems Administrator

We are seeking a Systems Administrator to join our team in Lawrenceville and provide exceptional technical support to our sales consultants and employees while supporting business-critical systems across multiple locations. Responsibilities:

• Onboarding & Support: Configure computers, user accounts, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, mobile devices, and required software for new employees.
• Salesforce Expertise: Provide Salesforce support, troubleshoot issues, answer user questions, train users, and assist department leaders with workflow improvements.
• Microsoft 365 & Google Administration: Administer user accounts, licensing, permissions, and access management.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint for presenting information to Leadership.
• Help Desk Support: Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, Apple iPads, Android tablets, VoIP phones, printers, and business applications.
• Infrastructure Support: Resolve Windows operating system, hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft 365 issues.
• AV Management: Maintain conference room AV equipment and support meetings and presentations.
• Asset Management: Maintain IT asset inventory, assignments, warranties, replacement schedules, and lifecycle records.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create SOPs, technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and train end users.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate hardware, software, telecom, and service vendors to ensure timely support.
• Telecom Management: Support and optimize VoIP and telecommunications systems.
• Software Integration: Assist with implementation and integration of business applications across departments.
• Process Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements that enhance IT operations and user experience.
• Travel: Periodically travel to remote office locations to provide onsite support.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a Tier II or higher IT support role within a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and desktop hardware.
• Experience supporting Apple iPads, Android devices, Chromebooks, and mobile deployments.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce user support.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, VoIP systems, and audio/visual equipment.
• Experience maintaining IT asset inventories.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and travel periodically to remote offices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar technical certifications.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and endpoint management.

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
• Onsite at our Lawrenceville Office

Pay Range

$75,000—$90,000 USD
