Practice Management Rate Analyst

Overview The offices of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a highly detail-oriented Rate Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with attorneys, department leadership, and cross-functional teams to manage, analyze, and maintain accurate client and matter rate structures on a national scale. This is a full-time position supporting the firm nationwide. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with the Firm and Rate Committee policies Oversee client rate increases, enforcing firm minimum rates Support re-opening rate protocols Conduct rate analyses and maintain accurate rate data Work with law firm rate processes and legal billing systems (experience with Aderant Expert Rates preferred) Use strong analytical skills to manage large datasets Maintain exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Collaborate effectively across teams and departments Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field preferred At least 3 years of related work experience preferred Minimum Salary USD $75,000.00/Yr.
