Join a world-renowned nonprofit biomedical research organization dedicated to advancing groundbreaking discoveries in medicine, life sciences, and human health. We're seeking a detail-oriented Compliance & Reporting Associate to support the administration and reporting of federally funded inventions and intellectual property.

What You'll Do

• Manage invention reporting activities through iEdison to ensure compliance with Bayh-Dole regulations.
• Submit and maintain invention disclosures, title elections, patent updates, licensing status, and related reporting requirements.
• Monitor compliance notifications and coordinate responses, corrections, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare invention status reports for internal stakeholders, funding agencies, and external partners.
• Collaborate with research institutions, universities, and co-inventor organizations to ensure reporting obligations are met.
• Conduct audits, track reporting deadlines, and maintain accurate records and documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience with compliance reporting, grants administration, intellectual property, legal support, research administration, or related fields.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain highly accurate records.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with federal regulations, grant-funded research, patents, technology transfer, or higher education research administration is highly preferred.
