About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist at Florence Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, you will work with a diverse population of patients, from young children to seniors, who are recovering from illnesses, injuries, or surgeries. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement personalized rehabilitation plans, utilizing a variety of techniques, including exercises, stretches, and modalities, to help patients regain strength, flexibility, and mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans
• Implement and modify treatment programs to meet patient goals, using a variety of evidence-based techniques and modalities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Participate in staff development and continuing education to stay current with best practices in physical therapy

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Alabama
• Compassion, empathy, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
