Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist specializing in Pelvic Health to support patient care and clinical operations within an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assessment for pelvic health issues in both male and female patients.


• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for pelvic floor conditions.


• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and goals.


• Ensure compliance with facility safety protocols and health standards.


• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.


• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare team members.

Qualifications

• Current valid IL state Physical Therapist license.


• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.


• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.


• Strong knowledge of pelvic floor training and associated rehabilitation techniques.


• Experience with Cerner charting system is preferred.


• Ability to work independently and within a healthcare team.
