Bilingual Personal Lines Insurance Specialist
Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Group
MSIG USA is seeking a Personal Lines Account Representative in Cincinnati, OH, to provide bilingual English and Japanese interpretation for policy requests and inquiries from agents and insureds, and to offer coverage consultation.
You will support risk management, process quotes, changes and cancellations, enter activities in the Applied Agency Management System, and assist in resolving service issues, with a primarily hybrid in-office schedule.
