Dispositions Manager We’re a rapidly growing, locally owned real estate investment firm, specializing in wholesaling 3–5 off‑market properties each month. We’re seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented Dispositions Manager to drive the marketing and sale of our contracted properties. What You’ll Do Build and nurture strong relationships with cash buyers and investors Negotiate profitable assignment agreements Coordinate property showings and closings with title companies Work closely with our acquisitions team to ensure smooth, efficient transactions Who We’re Looking For A confident communicator, skilled negotiator, and results‑driven professional with experience in real estate sales or wholesaling.
