NETC Fleet Services is growing our Bow, NH operation, and we're looking for Diesel Technicians across multiple skill levels — from recent trade-school graduates and apprentices to experienced diesel mechanics who know their way around serious equipment.

What you'll work on

You won't spend every day doing the same repair.

Our fleet gives you the opportunity to work across a range of equipment and systems, including:

Tow Trucks

Heavy-Duty Wreckers

Recovery Vehicles

Commercial Vehicles

Gas & Diesel-Powered Equipment

From routine maintenance to computer-aided diagnostics and major repairs, there's always something to solve.

What you'll do

Diagnose diesel and commercial vehicle problems using modern diagnostic equipment and software

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, engine, and drivability issues

Repair or replace major components, including engines, transmissions, steering systems, and braking systems

Diagnose, service, and repair air brake systems

Develop repair plans after identifying the root cause of the problem

Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled services

Handle routine work including oil changes, brake checks, wheel and tire service, balancing, and alignments

Maintain accurate records of repairs, serviced vehicles, and parts

Document your findings and completed work clearly

Communicate professionally with technicians, service staff, and customers when needed

Keep your bay, tools, and work areas clean, organized, and safe

Take ownership of the repair from diagnosis to completion

Don't just change the part.

Find the problem.

Anybody can read a fault code.

A technician wants to know why it's there.

What failed?

What caused it?

What else needs to be checked?

What repair actually solves the problem?

We value technicians who develop a diagnostic mindset — using scan tools, electrical testing, technical information, mechanical knowledge, and good judgment to find the root cause.

What you bring

Because we're hiring across experience levels, we're looking at ability, training, experience, and potential.

The foundation:

High school diploma or GED

Diesel, automotive, or related technical training and/or hands-on mechanical experience

Understanding of gas and diesel engine systems

Familiarity with automotive or commercial vehicle electrical systems

Ability — or willingness to learn — to use diesel diagnostic software and scan tools

Comfortable using mechanical and electrical tools

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail

Basic computer skills

Clear communication and teamwork

Valid driver's license

The willingness to keep learning, improving, and taking on more
