Head of Experimentation

Role Description

We're looking for a high-energy, detail-obsessed, client-loving Head of Experimentation to become the face of the KlientBoost experience for every new client that joins us. You'll be the bridge between the Sales and Growth Teams, the quarterback of the onboarding process, and the person responsible for making clients think, "Yep, we made the right decision." You'll also be constantly experimenting with better ways to drive client outcomes, improve close rates, and create a more effective onboarding experience through the use of AI, automation, Kite, creativity, and process improvement.

This role does not carry a sales quota and does not manage a long-term book of business. This isn't a project coordinator role, a note-taking role, or a "follow a checklist and send a few emails" role.

You'll be:

• Leading kickoff meetings
• Executing our paid ads "First Aid Kits"
• Building initial campaign infrastructure
• Gathering critical information
• Solving problems before they become problems
• Creating a world-class experience that gets clients excited about working with KlientBoost from day one

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building and managing paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
• 2+ years of client-facing account management experience
• Experience in sales, client upsells, contract negotiations, or consultative client conversations
• Strong understanding of B2B paid media strategy and experience building campaigns that drive revenue and business growth outcomes
• Experience working within an agency environment is a plus
• Experience with Asana and HubSpot is a plus

Pay Information

Base Salary is $100,000 to $120,000 per year. Commission and benefits will make OTE $150,000-$170,000 per year.
