Job Details Specialty: Rehabilitation Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 17 weeks 32 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will be responsible for the evaluation, development, and execution of a plan of care for a variety of patient populations in the acute care setting. Key tasks include: Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians) Bill within the respective setting, following guidelines for the facility Understand and comply with the respective PT board's rules and regulations Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure a team‑focused plan of care Understand adaptive equipment Evaluate and create a plan of care Modify plan of care based on patient condition Use Medical Center computer systems for daily tasks Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines Qualifications Minimum 6 months of experience (new graduates encouraged) BLS certification State‑specific licensing Ability to stand, walk, bend, lean, and stoop for extended periods Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology #J-18808-Ljbffr TotalMed
