Regional Development Director: Fundraising & Donor Growth

Young Life Northeast Texas Region is seeking a Regional Development Director to lead fund development across forty counties. You will design and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies, grow the donor portfolio, and collaborate with board members and volunteers to expand ministry reach in Dallas and East Texas.
