This role will focus on coordinating documentation, tracking key deliverables, supporting reporting requirements, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities

• Track financing-related deliverables, deadlines, and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support funding and compliance activities.
• Maintain organized records, trackers, and document management systems.
• Assist with reporting, certifications, notices, and other required documentation.
• Support ongoing portfolio administration and stakeholder communications.
• Identify potential issues and help drive timely resolution.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in finance operations, project finance, portfolio administration, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, ShareFile, and document management systems.
