Nyack Ridge Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, as the premier skilled nursing and rehab facility serving Rockland and Westchester Counties, is seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (Hospitality Aide) to provide person-centered care to residents living with dementia. Our reputation for providing quality patient care spans more than four decades, and we are dedicated to delivering compassionate care rooted in clinical excellence.

Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Provide calm reassurance, redirection, and emotional support

• Monitor and report changes in condition or behavior

• Support structured routines and resident activities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful care environment

Qualifications:

• Experience working with dementia or memory care residents is required

• CNA certification preferred (if applicable)

• Must be fluent in English

• Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented
