Focusing on professional and personal development with hourly employees and management teams daily. Ensuring every item delivered to the guest meets the highest standards of quality and presentation set by Condado, with pride and care in all food. Maintaining awareness of the restaurant feel and vibe and setting the standard for staff. Finding and training the best talent, and supporting the team daily. Serving the local community as if they were friends and family, inside and outside the restaurant. Continuously finding new ways to boost sales and build relationships with the Catering and Marketing departments. Adhering to health and safety standards outlined by Condado and the Department of Health. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 1 year of previous casual dining restaurant manager experience required, preferably Assistant Manager or higher.
