Our exceptional tools and education programs empower physicians with the confidence they need to perform ever-more challenging procedures and spark progress This role focuses on the Endovascular Intervention (EVI) portfolio, including Embolotherapy, Interventional Oncology access products, Peripheral Stents, Guidewires and Vascular Closure Devices across 30 countries with a focus on Croatia, Czechia, Hungary, Israel, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, theBaltics and Kazakhstan. Job Summary We are looking for an agile, commercially minded and results-oriented Product Manager to support and further develop our established interventional cardiology business across the EEM region. The successful candidate will drive portfolio performance through effective marketing execution, customer engagement, educational initiatives and close collaboration with distributors and internal stakeholders. The role requires a high level of ownership and accountability, strong prioritization skills, stakeholder management capabilities and the ability to influence without direct authority in a complex multicultural environment. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, proactively identifies growth opportunities, translates market insights into business actions, and effectively manages multiple priorities across countries. We are looking for someone who demonstrates strong learning agility, relationship-building skills and a passion for creating measurable impact through portfolio development and therapy adoption initiatives. To be considered, candidates must be located in one of the focus geographies and possess unrestricted work authorisation in that location. The role requires up to 40% travel across the Schengen Area and other countries within the region of responsibility; therefore, candidates must be able to travel without the need for additional visa sponsorship or employer-supported immigration arrangements.
