Assistant Production Manager

Assistant Production Manager Full-Time | In-Person | Monday–Friday Adirondack Basement Systems is looking for an organized and driven Assistant Production Manager to help support and lead our growing production department. This position plays a key role in helping ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and with exceptional customer service. The Assistant Production Manager works closely with leadership and field teams to support daily operations, warehouse and inventory management, fleet readiness, employee development, and overall departmental performance. Responsibilities Support daily production operations and field team performance Assist with employee onboarding, training, coaching, and accountability Help oversee warehouse organization, cleanliness, inventory, and tool management Monitor equipment, materials, and fleet readiness for scheduled projects Support fleet maintenance and operational efficiency Work with leadership to help achieve departmental goals and improve processes Help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards Communicate with customers to help resolve job-related concerns and maintain a remarkable customer experience Help maintain company vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment Qualifications Leadership or supervisory experience in construction, warehouse, production, operations, or related trades Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and leadership abilities Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and software systems Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs and work in physical environments, including crawl spaces when needed Preferred Qualifications Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction, business, operations, or related field Experience operating equipment or power tools Spanish-speaking ability is a plus Schedule Monday–Friday

7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
