The team performs approximately 25 to 30 procedures daily across six procedural rooms, creating an environment where no two days look exactly alike.

Current procedural areas include:

• Two dedicated Cardiac Cath Lab rooms
• One Hybrid room supporting vascular and structural heart procedures
• One Interventional Radiology suite, including neuro-interventional procedures
• Two Electrophysiology (EP) rooms

Cath Lab Technologists do not staff EP cases.

Schedule & Call

• Four 10-hour day shifts per week
• Rotating weekday off
• Every fifth weekend creates a four-day weekend
• One weekday call shift per week
• Weekend call rotation every 4th to 6th weekend

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $51.58 - $76.84/hour

The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.

Required Credentials

• ARRT (R) Required
• Washington State Radiologic Technologist License Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required Upon Hire
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Required Within 6 Months
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification Required Within 6 Months

Experience We're Seeking

Required

• Minimum two years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience, equivalent experience, or previous hospital-based experience

Preferred

Two or more years of Cath Lab experience with exposure to:

• Cardiac procedures
• Vascular interventions
• Interventional Radiology procedures

Work is performed in a hospital setting and includes exposure to biohazards, body fluids, airborne particles, and certain chemicals. Requires standing and moving throughout the workday, with frequent reaching, bending, kneeling, squatting, and handling of medical equipment. Must be able to perform precise procedures requiring fine motor skills, communicate effectively, and maintain normal vision and hearing (with corrective devices if needed). Patient handling may involve up to 35 lbs. without assistive equipment, with occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.

This position is represented by a collective bargaining agreement. There may be more than one opening on this posting.
