Parts Specialist

West Central Equipment, the John Deere agriculture and mowing equipment dealer in Butler PA, is seeking a Parts Specialist someone who has operated farm, construction or commercial mowing equipment and has a basic knowledge of equipment parts. The right candidate has good people skills and the ability to learn about our equipment and replacement parts. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Receive and sell equipment parts and accessories 2. Deliver parts to service technicians 3. Must provide customer service at our in-store parts counter 4. Answer calls from Customers concerning parts in a professional manner 5. Stock shelves in the store and put away parts in storage areas INDUSTRY LEADING EMPLOYER - Benefits 1. Knowledge of agricultural and lawn & garden equipment preferred 2. Must be able to operate, or learn to operate, a forklift safely and effectively 3. Must be able to lift and carry 75 lbs. 4. Experience with retail customer sales is a plus 5. Ability to use a point-of-sale computer system 6. Basic computer skills and use of basic software needed 7. Must be willing to download company apps on your personal phone 8.
