Regional CDL-A Driver Overview
- Top regional CPM. Earn up to $0.76 CPM including monthly bonuses that can add up to an additional $0.06CPM depending on the lane.*
- Retention bonus available. Regional drivers can earn up to a $5,000 retention bonus.*
- Focused regional lanes. Run consistent freight through CA, NV, and UT.
- Frequent home time. Drivers typically run ~70 hours before a 34-hour reset at home.

- Get paid to get started. Paid orientation plus travel covered.
- Driver-friendly freight and equipment. Run 99% no-touch freight in 2022-2025 Freightliner, Kenworth, and Volvo trucks.
- Flexible pay options. Optional per diem available to structure your earnings.
- Extra pay that stacks. Detention, layover, extra stop, driver assist, clean inspection bonuses, plus +2 CPM for military veterans.*
- Hazmat pays more. Earn $75 per placarded hazmat load.*
- Bring family along. Pet policy and passenger program (18+) available.
- Referral rewards. Earn bonuses through the driver referral program.
- Full benefits package. Health, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, plus 401(k) to support long-term goals.
All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion. Base pay ranges from 60-70CPM. Talk with a recruiter to confirm specific details.
