Associate Creative Director

Leading creative concept development and execution for assigned clients, the full-time Associate Creative Director will guide teams of art directors and copywriters, present creative work to clients, and mentor junior creatives in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Guide creative concept development by collaborating with Creative Directors and other team members to create compelling ideas across various channels Direct creative execution by overseeing the work of art directors, copywriters, and designers, ensuring quality and adherence to project briefs Present and defend creative concepts to clients, building trust and navigating feedback effectively Required qualifications 5+ years of professional experience in a creative role with a focus on leadership Experience directing the work of creative collaborators such as art directors and copywriters A strong portfolio showcasing original concept development across campaigns and brand work Confidence in presenting and defending creative work to clients Experience mentoring or developing other creatives
