Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical therapy needs in a variety of healthcare settings.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients to achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care coordination.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and at-home care techniques.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective patient care.
• Adhere to facility protocols and industry standards for patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license; compact license preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in acute care or related healthcare settings.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems, particularly Epic.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Strong knowledge of body mechanics and rehabilitation techniques for various conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and team interactions.
