- Greenfield architecture ownership
- Direct access to senior leadership
- High visibility across analytics and AI initiatives
- Real-world impact on globally recognized projects
- Architect and build Databricks on AWS
- Design a modern lakehouse architecture (Databricks + Snowflake)
- Define scalable data pipelines and integration patterns
- Partner with Info Systems and DevOps teams
- Drive cost optimization and platform scalability
- Establish governance, standards, and technical roadmap
- Shape the future of analytics and AI across the firm
- 10+ years in data architecture / engineering
- Strong expertise in Databricks, AWS, and Snowflake
- Proven experience building enterprise data platforms end-to-end
- Experience in greenfield environments
- Strong business partnership and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with design or engineering data
- Collaboration with DevOps teams
- Interest in analytics, ML, or AI
