Job Description Job Description The Warehouse Associate - Lead plays a key role in overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety. This position leads a team of warehouse associates, coordinating tasks such as receiving, storing, picking, and shipping inventory while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise warehouse associates to meet operational goals
Coordinate inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory and shipping documentation
Train new team members and support continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse flow and processes
Identify and troubleshoot operational issues promptly
