WM Supercenter #1631 1900 Cunningham Dr Hampton, VA 23666-4260 Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. What you’ll do Online order fillers and delivery associates shop for customers and select items to fulfill orders across all departments. The role is fast‑paced and involves dispensing orders to customers and engaging them in conversation throughout the dispensing process. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during holiday seasons, and may require juggling online customer orders while helping in‑store customers. Compensation includes a base hourly rate that equals or exceeds the local minimum wage, performance‑based incentive awards, and additional premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (e.g., schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed). Premiums may apply if criteria are met.
