The Revenue Cycle Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of teams performing revenue cycle functions across multiple clients. He/she will support the domestic business office staff as a point of contact for day-to-day time management, questions about support services, interpretation of policies and dissemination of new direction and information. This role requires frequent and effective communication via phone, email, and instant messaging with the various client teams. Strong oral and written communication skills, analytical skills, ability to work independently, and be self-motivated are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages team metrics, including the individual productivity and quality measures and client specific service level agreements
• Owns client facing meetings, including the creation of agendas, issues logs, report packages, and supporting materials to facilitate discussion
• Collaborates with HMS Shared Services to complete the onboarding process for new clients, staff assignments, and point solutions. This includes coordination of system access, equipment, required trainings, and onboarding expectation discussions.
• Aligns the staff to the appropriate shift to cover client expectations for hours of operations
• Ensure team compliance with all state, federal, company, client, and HIPAA regulations
• Train, mentor, and provide ongoing coaching to team members
• Review client project reports and monitor overall team performance and quality standards

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in follow-up in a multi-facility organization
• 1+ years of leadership experience with direct reports in a multi-facility organization, including keeping morale high and inspiring team members with repetitive daily tasks
• Great communication skills written and verbal, including communication with other departments to fix upstream errors
• Ability to work in a fluid workplace and adaptable to change
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize/ excellent time management to be able to respond timely to emails, calls, and manage a workplan
• Analytical skills to be able to identify root cause
• Ability to define and track clear KPI's (touches per hour/per day, dollars collected, etc.)
• Very proficient in MS office
• Previous experience coaching staff to meet productivity and quality goals

Pay: $26-35 per hour depending on experience
